1. Why purchase books from My Imagination Kingdom?

My Imagination Kingdom was started due to our passion for storytelling and desire to inspire a long-term reading habit amongst young children. All our books are sourced after research on the web and descriptions of the books will come with reviews made by fellow parents around the world or industry experts. 


2. Where is My Imagination Kingdom based?

My Imagination Kingdom is an online store that operates out of Singapore. But we believe that great children's books should be available to all so while we're based in Singapore, we ship internationally. 


3. What happens when the book I would like to order is out of stock?

Drop a note to us here and tell us about the title and author of the book you're looking for. We will inform you how long it takes for the book to ship and you can then decide if you'd still like to purchase it.


4. What if the book I'm looking for is not listed here?

Drop a note to us here and tell us about the title and author of the book you're looking for. We'll track it down for you and let you know the price and shipping dates for the book!


5. Can I get a refund if the books delivered to me were damaged?

Yes you can! Send us an email here: myimaginationkingdom AT gmail DOT com  with a description of the damaged items and a photo. We'll process a refund to you via your original mode of payment (via PayPal or bank transfer depending on which channel the payment was made).
